MASSAGE & MINDFULNESS EXPERIENCE

The Massage & Mindfulness experience created by Robin and Laetitia, is based on their shared belief that body and mind are one single system.
In western medecine, physical and mental issues have long been treated separately but today, we know both spiritually and scientifically that they are deeply connected.
That's why Robin and Laetitia combined their skills in Ayurvedic massage and life & mindfulness coaching to create this workshop. Experiment with the connection between your body and your mind in a totally safe space.
Upon your arrival, together with Robin and Laetitia, you will explore the motivation behind your visit. By verbalising and sharing your physical and mental stresses, and their impacts on your being, you are opening a pathway to relief.
You will then receive a "Back to the Body" massage from Robin. This is a full body massage, largely inspired by the Ayurvedic massages principles, but also Thai massages and Alexander techniques. During the massage, you will become aware of all your bodily tensions.
You will also experience a mindfulness coaching session with Laetitia, to share and explore the tensions in your mind.
Between sessions, Robin and Laetitia exchange their observations and find connections that they use during in the following sessions.
During and after your sessions with Robin and Laetitia, they will share with you some personalised tools you can use to keep your mind and body balanced, harmonised.
This can be either a half-day workshop, or a full day inclusive lunch. A longer, deeper two-day all-inclusive is also available. All our workshops are for a maximum of two people.
